So after literally scanning through the maps and events, scouring for the switches that actually work for the repairman, it turns out that I can't just break open the door, as both of the necessary switches are turned on by in-game events and scenes that are mandatory to completion.

The route you must take is:

Step 1: Defeat the Alp in the cave on Harmonia Road West
Step 2: Go to Hades Beach and unlock the first RED chest you see, watch the scene
(These two steps can be done in either order)
Step 3: Go back to the locked house and it should open, now.

I'm also about to upload a "redux" version of the game - basically just gives you a bunch of stuff and takes away a lot of the tedium like levelling and grinding to see the story, if you want to, without needing "comfy" mode on. Also comes with a bunch of new items, like the Bottomless Flask - 100% Vigor and Stamina recover, lowers all Lust, cures all desires and Addictions, and it never runs out!

Seeing as how the developer sold this game for profit, though, I'm just doing this because I hate grinding.

The waterway key is given to you in one of the other cities south of Harmonia after the fourth or fifth boss, I believe. You need to speak to Emilyn to obtain the key, so if you don't see him/her in one of the bars or cafes, then you can't get in, yet.

Succubus Dancer: 1st - Halfway Mountain Pass (walk east from Insomnia Cave's entrance)
2nd - Welcome Road - North (Southeast near the tent and bridge-repairing-man's house)
3rd - Vega Highway (easy to find)
Cow Girl: 1st - Welcome Road - North (west of Welcome Casino)
2nd - Elisha Cave 2nd Floor
3rd - The Dawn of Heaven 2nd part (kinda hard to find)
Speaking of the threesome scene with Succubus Dancer, Cow Girl and Succubus Nurse, you will get the message from the succubus that will appear after you get Normal End.

Re-examine crack. Return to guy in pub.
Re-examine crack. Pull hair out at the stupidity.

Or just go back a page or two and download the mod I created, transfer your save file, and that entire sequence is obliterated.

Talk in town to the bar owner, and then go forest where you fight with alraune.. now you can take down those trees... Behid those u fight with bears and got honey!
