This game has a real problem with consistency. Like the dev was writing the story but then forgot what he just wrote and wrote something that contradicts everything he just wrote.

Like after you research what happened and learn how to cure it 2 seconds later your sister is lying to you about how to cure it and you completely forgot like you didn't just read that book and look up the truth online. And before that when you're on his computer and you finish it says you left and went to your room laid down on your bed but then the next line is her boyfriend caught you still on the computer in his room.

And then if you met the older guy at the seafood restaurant by continuing to dance, you can go to the docks the following morning and do a modeling thing with him. Make the right decisions and he'll have sex with you and then further decisions can lead you to a private island where this man and woman are on the verge of having sex with you. Scene isn't finished yet though.
Other than that, there's several sexy scenes elsewhere that aren't outright penetrative sex.
If you go to the waterfall and hang out with Tobias, you can have a hot shower scene with no sex, and also end up giving a blowjob to a kayak owner later to convince him to give you a kayak for free so you can go to evil island.
Oh, and if you decide to stay home the second day and the previous night you had gone downstairs and watched your sister and her boyfriend have sex, then you'll have the option to go to your sister's room and reenact your sister's position on the bed. I think that's everything so far.

Further to GravGravs answer theres also a 'training' scene with the sister which isnt a kinky as it sounds.
The waterfall lifeguard options can also lead you on to being a camgirl and a strictly lesbian option.
Most of the options are sort of sweet, the exception is the yacht option which is only a hairs breadth from rape of either you or the other model so choose according to your tastes.
