There is none, because these numbers don't mean shit, except for the fact that subsequent releases will have higher numbers.

You can make a game and brand it v3.1415 if you want, and the next release can be 3.14159

sisters = other family sisters
mom = other family mom

same characters, same story, just difference between son/non son in event/story (such as incest), all the rest is exactly same. hope helped someone
