i never get any trouble with save and loading saves.... and the poker play normally and good for me

Tip, just because a game works for you, doesn't mean it'll work for everyone. Everyone's got different hardware and software installed that could fuck with the game for 101 reasons, they also might have done something different. The Save/Load bug fix is on DC Patreon and Discord #announcements by @Sam

Eventually I was able to unlock the next part (I was blocked there as well). Apparently, what I had to do was progress with Mom (to the point where MC plays with her panties on her bed, and she catches him). This unlocked a new cutscene with the sister, and allowed me to progress...

I had some trouble "unlocking" the sex with the sister, so here are some tips:
A) Go to Thai master, if he has a lesson to teach you, you should do it, if not
B) Go to sister, and ask her for trade. Do it (she will ask you some toys, go and buy it and give it to her)
If she says "Not yet" there are some "things" you can do (it depends of how advance in the game you are).
C) In the night go to the living room, and catch her watching porn. Next night use the user and password of sister's account to loggin and watch some porn one night, then another night (you will escape from mom, this is kind of stupid because you are already fuckin her but whatever). Try A) and B) again. Then your sister will catch.
Also, your sister will catch you in the morning watching your neighbors, and after this also A) and B). This are the trigger to unluck new scenes.
In the night, you should try to sneak with your sister. It depends how advance the story is what she allow you to do. The same with the shower. If you are stuck, is because the thai master, you should trigger some scene like I just said, don't repeat what you already did...

I have to say that i'm not really excited about this "new features", i understand that they are needed for the hype and for us to imagine the possibilities, but just putting empty buildings or just items that stay there for some updates without no use is kinda sad. when see a new building/item and vicious start to look for the content involving it but at the final there is none... =/
