Anyone got tip for random encounter with Victoria? I tried spam sleeping for 20min straight with no result. Or the random chance too low?

She will only appear in the afternoon...once battles get a red taint or if the sun cicle in the top right screen passes a certain point towards the night

Racked my brain on that one for a while as well, was alot easier when I found out I could remove vines from the wall at the top.
