few questions, how do i edit that and what is lang? i did as you said and i can't edit anything it just creates a file named "f_TALI.rpy", what do i do with that?
Edit: ok that file has a lot of russian i think, that got me confused, edited that and copied in the folder... still not sure what "include lang destination" means.
Edit: aand it worked i think, the image is still male shep hugging tali but the dialogues after that is fem shep

Keep playing through the game and increasing the relationship with other members. It'll unlock eventually. Remember to buy the other stuff too, as it can start or continue certain events with other characters
They appear when you progress through the story line. Not sure which exactly is the trigger, but I think getting the first outfit for Liara was related.

Super quick & dirty fix that should allow to win the minigame... Sadly I don't know anything about renpy to really fix it, but it should allow progress

Downloaded the new version, loaded my save before the mission, did not work.
Downloaded that file, I put it in the /game/ folder, did not work.
