Great start! It has a fun premise, outstanding artwork, and really unique cinematic feel. I see a bright future with this game if the dev sticks with it. 
Part of me wants to see if it's possible to do, the other part of me has seen so many try and fail, it's like the scene from the dark knight rises where people try to escape and you just keep watching people fail, hopeful to see it happen but knowing the chances are vanishingly slim. With this many characters and more to come along with such a saturation of tags, doing a balancing act just doesn't seem possible and people are likely to get burned one way or another.Sandbox has its merits in doling out character paths and enabling player choice, but it's very rarely done the right way. It's always used to pad time, by adding extra point-to-click and map/menu navigation, waiting to access a specific character's content at a given time, and, not to mention the relationship point/money grind which usually accompanies sandboxes.
People usually want to enjoy a good adult narrative and/or see some adult scenes, pointless and endless clicking and waiting adds nothing to either of those. But there are also some who just like to waste time in mostly empty sandboxes, which I can't relate to, but more power to them.
Sandbox can be done in a simple and easy way, but more often than not, they're used to increase play-time for a skeletal amount of content. And, sandboxes are only worth playing when they have a decent amount of content and more filled locations than empty ones, which doesn't happen until much later in development.
As much as I hate NTR, I despise my time being wasted even more.
Because of the hodgepodge of tags/planned content, I'm not feeling very confident in this project. The dev seems to be playing all sides and trying to please everyone, which we all know, doesn't please anyone. Gives me the feeling, they don't know which direction to take the game. It'd be better to make this a Harem or Romance or NTR/Sharing game, exclusively. That way, whomever the target audience is, they can fully enjoy their preferred content, and people who don't like certain content, can easily skip it.
Either way, best of luck to the dev, hope you find some clarity and inspiration for your project.
It's one thing to have all these ideas in your head about what you want to do and plans to be productive and make all updates evenly or what have you when you're first starting out, but when you're months into it is when the cracks usually start to show and the whole thing can really get off the rails.
I think in the not ntr path he might sort of be a surrogate father figure, he gives off the vibe somewhat, but judging by the planned tags I can see any other path being pretty vile.

Hopefully this sandbox game will have repeatable xxx events like man of the house game instead of see it once then throne into a gallery and forgotten bull . [not referring to griding]
Really good start to the game, I can see this game being great after a while good luck Dev! It could be a pain to add having a phone and receiving pictures from the girls could be a lot of fun in a game like this.
I'll happily take sandbox at the start than converting over converting it later on. Given the amount of polish in the first demo, I'd say a gallery option is likely. Good job making the NTR optional and clearly marked

Looked at the script files. Yup they are mom/sis. The variables are mom_name, big_sis_name, and lil_sis_name.
Now how will the dev make an incest patch with just those variables? You need to make relationship variables and at least one more variable for when the MC addresses the mom.

Good demo with a lot of promise, excited for this one if updates are swift and the sandbox system is very unobtrusive.

hmm harem and ntr and with all those tags with multiple paths, AND sandbox? abit ambitious. Unless you have like 10+ person team working on this, im sure the recurring updates are gonna be slow/ not enough when its updated for both sides.
How balanced are you going to make all path for ntr and vanilla in terms of content? I've seen devs implement these and they are ALWAYS UNBALANCE, one favouring the others.
ex, another dev claimed both paths are balanced 50/50, but i did the math played both route and i can say its;
ntr scenes = 30+
vanilla/romance= 16 scenes with mostly sloppy handjobs, while other routes go full penetration/hardcore stuff.
