Real, honest opinion? Don't bother troubleshooting this crap and find a better game to play. The art in the preview is great and the stat screens make it appear as though there's depth to the game, but this is sadly not the case. The preview screens show almost all of the content in the game, as there's next to no variety. The game is also hideously imbalanced to the point that there really isn't gameplay, you pretty much immediately get enough Yen to get everything, and the game devolves to a short and shallow gameplay cycle with no goals or variation. This dev "AlexProject" as well as the dev "Alibi" seem to do this (making games with a small amount of nice art but nothing else) as a business model, I almost never bother playing their games because they are always disappointing.
A game in a similar vein that's actually worth playing would be this one: https://f95zone.to/threads/soldgirl-town-final-gamecolon.3339/ . It also has anime-style art, and although you are a brothel manager rather than a girl in that game, there's good gameplay + a variety of H content. It's actually fun enough that I'd consider play it even if it weren't an H game.
