No you don't need a new game if you want just Chyos' Cheatbook then just install the 'Cheat Guard' or both the 'Cheat Guard' a guard will be in the entrance of the forest that will give you Chyos' Cheatbook.

wrong place, ask in the actual games thread, not the mod that adds more cheats. If you are looking for water for water can, look in game for a place that has water and remember, personal indoor plumbing is more of a modern achievement.

Batman2322 OP said only use matching versions. Before asking a question, might want to check the Original Post to see if it says anything about that.
