one more question?? is there any scene at the beach with mom when i select "suntan" nothing happens and i just re spawn at the beach.

Dude. You must read the previous pages. IMO, you didn't unlock the " reconciliation scene " first. Keep on doing those scenes until Shantrel tells you to stop and the MC say's " I won't talk to her for a week ". Read the previous posts. You'll find all your answers there.

Really? About as far as I got was helping her carry the books inside. I have yet to get the tutor event, most I get is her at the door, where I can open her top by spreading my hands, and seeing the dog sniff her snatch while she is in the maid outfit.

when you are at the school on Monday/Tuesday/Friday press ctrl, or keep clicking the empty places on the screen, you'll get it then.

How did you get those scenes please? Spreading your hands, maid outfit, etc... Didn't got those. I only have the " easy question " option when I follow her private tuitions @ home.

To open the tutoring, it's simple. At some point, Brenda will tell you she won't wear " a kind of panties if you don't catch the pervert @ school ". To catch him, don't eat breakfast in the morning and go directly to college. There will be a hotspot on your left (blue door). Click on it and the MC will hide. When you catch him, choose the " police option " to get an addition scene. (hot one!). As soon as you get this scene, Brenda will give you tuitions at school to begin with. Continue to look at her panties until you get the option to study @ her home.

To be honest, I don't know if the " difficulty question " option is available in this version. I can't find a way to corrupt Brenda and make her give me anatomy lessons. Each time I do, she says no and teach me maths instead.

Obtaining this status is almost impossible without having a mod. While searching for Shantrel's " beating " contents, my smart ass level dropped to Klutz and I don't have the courage to go to college for several hours. I'll wait for a mod

That's one of my major frustrations with this game is knowing when to look for them, checking every screen gets old after awhile.To open the tutoring, it's simple. This is not a h-game but a real puzzle. But i did sort things out.
In order to unlock stepmother messing with MC's junk you have to:
1) have access to stepmom's bedroom
2) go to the Store and drink as much coffee as MC can
3) right after that sneak to hear and tell the "water story"
4) choose No Sleep / Не Спать option
5) ...
6) works like a charm
to do 1-6 i was in a state where she already was wearing a tiny robe and black underwear. MC will perform the Trump move. 2nd time gave me a hug with the woman while her pants were down. on the 3rd she's still adamant on not dropping them. guess its the end.
UPD: well, no. there are more mom scenes after that xD
to see the younger stepsis spredin' you have to grind at the college for about a week or too. right after that go to her and help with the homework (no matter the option). if things go right she will fall asleep of boredom. find a spot on her panties when the dialog window shows ellipsis.
i must say that the game is hard as hell, a bit unobvious but extremely addictive in it's exploratory nature.
almost got me thinking it's heavily bugged but no.
