How do I trigger this scene? I've done Jack's story, Maria house content, Jack's phone with Sarah distracting him, but that was it, I talked with Maria after Jack molested Sarah and the MC, and nothing more poped out. What else to do?

The fact of the matter was the second rape that he and warren did caused this. He knocked her up which was the final nail that made her do this. Had he not raped her again she wouldn't have gotten pregnant and wouldn't have killed herself afterwards. While I will agree she is a selfish and stuck up bitch who tortured Jack while alive I still don't think she deserved to get raped not once but twice by him.

i think you are missing something while Jack backstory was truly Tragic and he deserves to die for what he did in the current timeline and what he did to Lucy

There is no square, in ver 2.1 to finish Sarah's date sequence you must call her between 14:00 to 18:00 hours, if you call her later she says that she will meet you in a square.
