Oh I'll use the laboratory for that, just wondering so far I've been playing the game for an hour. Does it matter if I put random people in positions like the lab or chef, etc? Also so far based on my experience I think Orcs and Elfs are the best in combat party maybe if you get lucky and get a wolf guy also helps. Or are these stats just random and there's no good race?
If all you had were low level characters then it may not matter much who you assign, but each job specifies the stats that impact the results of that job. A better qualified lab assistant will result in cheaper operations with lower recovery times. A better chef will result in spending less food to feed each person every day.

Orcs and Elves are okay for combat, but I would consider them to be low tier due to the low total stats and lack of a combat racial bonus. Beastkin Wolves are generally considered high tier for physical combat and exploration. Halfkin Wolves are a little below Beastkin, though it is good as the player race. The max stats are determined by the race for everyone except the player and some races are better for some tasks than others, though these differences may not matter much, especially if you cheat for gold and food.

What's a farm manager, what makes a good farm manager? (I'm guessing I need a harpy to get eggs?)
I just bought my first noble from the Umbra black market

(The noble is a centaur, could I use her as the farm manager?

The job list explains the desired stats for the job as I stated earlier. The eggs aren't what you think they are; harpies not required.

Noble slaves are good for any manager job.

How do I increase, grade? (One of the soldiers I've been using needs a grade increase)
The game has tooltips for many things. In the mansion, select a slave and hover your mouse pointer over the diamond icon to the right of their name in the top left corner of the screen. Otherwise, there is a help menu in the mansion to explain a lot of things; press the "?" button at the top of the screen, press "I want to ask about...", press "Gameplay", press "Servants", and press "Grade".

Is there a way to request a specialized slave like instead of the typical dude who ask for 100 gold downpayment. Something like I can ask for a noble with specific states or no?

No, only slave you can specify is the starting slave. The rest of your slaves will come from acquiring unique characters or randomly generated persons in encounters or slave guilds. Given enough time and money slaves can be altered significantly in many ways to suit your needs.

I need advice, everything is collapsing. The people I use for a party are poor people, one I turned from slave to poor. Now they won't even form a party with me. (Of course I can just cheat my way and boost back loyalty and obedience) But if I wasn't cheating how would someone fix this? (I always made sure they wore the butler suit on to increase obedience, they have personal quarters and they are on "rest" except when were going around killing monsters or bandits)

This post https://f95zone.to/threads/strive-for-power-v1-0d-maverik.1136/post-12729771 contains information on the combat party.

Too much combat can raise stress to extreme levels, which can have severe consequences so sometimes you may need to use magic to help. The best ways to increase obedience and loyalty is the meet and sex interactions, but there are other ways such as items and advanced slave brand rules. You can appoint a Headgirl and use Mansion settings to have them use a "Patronage" style to use charm to improve obedience and reduce stress.

Since you increased their grade they will expect more luxury from you and if you fail to provide it they will become dissatisfied. Keep an eye on the end of day log for indications that something may be wrong with your mansion, though not every problem has indicators. You can press the tiny button in the bottom right to review the current log.

So it's bad to try and acquire a bunch of noble slaves since eventually they'll demand a lot from you and you only have 3 spaces in your bed?

Don't use the master's bed unless all of those slaves have had sex with each other, otherwise it will cause endless amounts of stress. Also, the master's bed is considered less of a luxury than a person room. It is generally a good idea to limit how many high grade slaves you have, but there are ways to satisfy the luxury needs of more slaves.

The button itself is called 'occupation'. Clicking it will open the list of 'jobs'
