I usually hate those bonus ""updates"" they are total bullshit and too often contain poisonous things that can't be put into the normal game or all players will disappear. Even with those bonus updates and the renderings in them you would have had a whole update already. This almost deserves an ignore button. I'm not interested in this for much longer.

Almost? I just ignored the game for good... not worth, even more considering dev has time for bonus episodes but cant make more than 1 ending for the game.

No, its been confirmed MANY MANY times that Emily is the only LI that will have a relationship ending with the mc.
I would prefer if the Bonus stories were alternate universes where MC gets with Ashley, Sam, Ashley's Sister, and the doctor that aren't Emily.

I don't hate Emily but the other girls attract me more, Bonus eps could be shorts and situations where MC is dating any other of the girls and have sex with them.

It would be more okay with those bonuses eps if it went that route if I'm honest. I only do just watch the sex scenes anyway really.

The Bonus ep. 10 was hot, honestly, this was just hot as the first anal scene with Ashley.

MC was stupid to think he wasn't going to get his ass beat lol.

Another thing to point out, I like this game but at that point how slow it's going it's not one of my priorities. I downloaded it to watch the sex scenes and the same with Bonuses . There are other games to play which more content than complaining and trying to change something that's never going to change.

Anything to avoid actually finishing the game. I don't understand why devs do this. He could instead drag out the story forever and just keep releasing HH updates. There are lots of potential LIs to have side stories about.

I mean, honestly, how many devs are still out there releasing steady updates on a fair schedule, meaning less than 5 months, without playing Patreon games like fake reworks, endless teaser pics that go nowhere, "bonuses" scenes that few care about, nonsensical excuses, or just radio silence popping out tiny, crappy updates every 17.9 months to avoid the abandoned tag.

I mean, at this point I can think of maybe 7 or 8 devs left that aren't abusing their fans monthly contributions. The rest are just stalling to keep as many donations coming in, with the least work, hoping most of their donations forget to turn off donations.

There are still lots of new games that look promising, but 95% of them, after a few updates to build support, end up playing he same games.

It's too bad. Halfway House was always slow, but it seemed like the dev just lost interest completely. This used to be one of the good ones. No more.
dragging out story mean doing regular work to make it happens.

this dev doesn't even do that, he just copy the ICSTOR, the infamous scammer, how-to-do-it : doing shitty release and tell to his backer to wait because there's insane more content coming and redo that every 6month or even year

Yo! Let me masturbate to Emily in the shower, instead of one of the others. wtf. You put her as a romance, don't judge the player then when they select that option.

And this trend will get worse and worse and worse....., until SUBS wake up and stop their support as soon DEVs don't produce meaningful updates.

This is getting ridiculous - instead of working to finish the game, the dev trows a few for the story non important "bonus" scenes.
For what reason? Just to milk some more? Just to work around F95 rules? (abandonned tag applied)

*SIGH ... what used to be one of the really good games over here mutated into a pure milking-scam
they do it because that is what patreons pay for. instead of realising that they are paying a dev to give them rewards AS WELL as develop the main project, they get bonus stuff that is not even slightly a bonus at all, but still throw funds at them because patreon does not allow for accountability. just how is it a bonus when what they started funding is stalled?

i have no idea why any dev would need any further funding after the initial release either, as crowd funding is to get things up and running, but most devs now crowd fund the entire thing and stretch out development time, then also put it on steam for sale to get even more money. pure greed paid for by the gullible. a reason why i never buy anything early release or in development on steam and never use crowd funding sites. over 200 games and counting so far

like with leap of faith, for example, i try games here and if i like them i buy them. already purchased LOF 7 times for myself and friends (ok people i know with like minds ;) ) yet have never downloaded it on steam. just sits paid for in library. i think this was also crowd funded but was not in development for long compared to many MANY others.

this one will join them should it ever get finished but it looks unlikely and only on heavy sale due to developer shenanigans.
only when funders get integrity and demand they get what they pay for will this side business stop impacting on game development, but until then humans will be human

Back to the topic: great update, let's hope for the next one soon.
Just tried to get the discussion back to the game, as it should be...

I'm not a regular here, based on the reactions I can see not everyone is happy with the update, to say the least. Let me guess without reading: is it because of the development time (like most of the projects here)?

Where is that scene? It's been so long since I played the game, I can't manage to find it on my gallery
It was on the train in the bathroom after eating her out

it is NOT THE UPDATE, thats mainly why.

the actual (game) update was a few months ago.
this is only a few (separate) side/bonus mini-games with no real connection (nor purpose) to the main game.
if that is a"great update" for you, do enjoy it...just dont expect of people to share your enthusiasm :BootyTime:

Ooh, I get it. That sucks... Looks like this author took another path of deception.
