Just savescum the Challenge option at work tbh. One or two big wins and you can breeze through the rest of the game with regular effort-free work unless you insist on ordering that 10k bottle for every drink or something equally stupid.
Maybe you're not using the good address for the money. that would be my guess. I never crashed a game with cheat engine

Even changing the region does not work. It is the same version of October 4 which does not work for me.

I think then maybe something is wrong with your pc maybe update your graphic card driver nvidia or amd or whichever one you have try running the game as administraitor also maybe turn off windows defender
