Follow the plot, there is no special mystery there, you just need to get ice magic level 3.
I would like to be a magician and know at what stage you are now, but for now I'm not a magician yet. So I propose or explain or send me a save.
It is not entirely clear at what point you stopped. Send a better save file. Because you clearly lack an entire task lane.
