Lots of stuff that is common in porn movies but totally absent from avns & games though so much easier & safer to implement here:

- object insertions (not sex toys, everyday objects)
- DVP, TVP, DAP, TAP
- Other characters except MC having sex which we as players can see (and possibly control). You know, like in porn movies. Make the universe more real and more diverse.
- have MCs have rivals for the affection of LI's, and make these rivals valid potential alternatives to MC for the LI. You know, like in almost every romance story in literature, theatre, movies... And yes, show these rivals in action too.
- sex going wrong: slipping out, pulling a muscle, trying and failing a position because it's too acrobatic, accidentally hurting your partner, queefing... the real, funny side of sex that is almost never shown in fiction but is such a big part of real life. Oh, and on the more serious level: sex that doesn't satisfy, premature ejaculation, one of the partners not getting into it, having sex when the relationship isn't going well and feeling awful after, having sex because the partner wants it and complying but not enjoying it... This would work very well for more serious, mature works, possibly in kinetic novels.

There are many games that combine rape and pregnancy mechanics. I'm going to ignore fantasy and historical settings for now. But in contemporary and scifi settings it makes little in-universe sense to let it end at that, because many victims wouldn't want to give birth like that. It reduces the power fantasy element for a lot of players I guess, but it adds a dark element that can be explored along serious or comedic lines. So imagine a game that allows a rapist playthrough but the player is notified when a victim gets an abortion. Could even combine that with victims throwing aborted embryos over the fence of the MC's house, so the MC's garden gets stacked with them.
I know there's that game with an abortion shitshow, I guess there are more like that, but that's not what I was thinking about.
