I suggest Frontier before Hollow, I really like the heroines from frontier but coming back after Hollow gameplay it's a pain.

Agree with this. Personally enjoy the porn content in Frontier the most. But HOLLOW by far has the best gameplay.
Man, this game was a heck of a ride, somehow wound up on a Chaos route on my first run and beat

Try Kikiriki/xp3tools, one of those should work? The music is stored in the .xp3 files.

Thankfully, they did FRONTIER first, so Ragnarok is extremely hyped.
Yet, many prefer Lagoon.
On another note.... I threw in my towel on this game
No matter how hard I try, can't seem to get R12 ore to unlock highest grade equipment, and 1 single scene left despite following the guide.
(or am I missing something crucial in the guide for the missed scene?)

The save in the post your quoted likely only works for the gallery and nothing else. Well, it might also work in terms of allowing you to trigger NG+ with all the bonuses.
If you want access to the actual saves during gameplay and stuff, you likely need the full save folder with everything in it... and that's too big for this forum's attachments. Or at least, it is for my account. Dunno if there are differences.
If you want saves with formations and other stuff in them, then you need to use the save folder that's in the download link in this post.

As far as I know, you can't. The closest you get is the human form of one of them (which is a decent enough Commander from what I remember) and of course the one miko doing the possession thing. That's it from what I remember. Unless the keys have some surprises, but I doubt it, since key units are usually guest units and other stuff. Plus I don't remember seeing them on the special units lists..
However, it's been a while so I don't know for sure. You can check the lists yourself. They're linked somewhere in this thread.

you can delete the persistent save data which will reset everything including the cg gallery you can find the save data in Documents\dualtail\venusblood_gaia_en
