Game uses Wolf RPG so it's impossible. Your best choice is to use Exagear and pray it works on it.
The Android version of that game was made by a different developer named HBOX which they ported the whole game from Wolf RPG to RPG MV

PROBABLY, idk if it is the case, but the game is maximized. You must minimized and restore to see the full screen. The subs are here, but at the bottom of the screen, at the very bottom, and you are seeing part of the screen.
