Nergal was already around making his own game while Wootch was there the second time and destroying your own fanbase only to build it have to build it up again isn't rational.
Simple explanation, Wootch saw that somebody else was doing a better job with his own IP than he ever had and is trying to weasel a few shekels out of whatever he can.
No fucking way is Urban Demons better than UrbanXLife.
It's worse in literally every way, including art style

I said Nergal was doing a better job with the IP than Wootch had.

Wootch already had a game with a substantial amount of content, Urban Demons is an inferior, rushed rip off with nothing that made the original good.

I've always thought many people use it as a loophole. Some of the characters in these games look like kids. Then if you give them a pair of GGs or a 15" dick you get to say that really they're 18.
