Yes, 132.2 is more compatible and is the hotfix. He will be posting hotfixes a few more.

It has the prostitution but nothing that was added past that considering that's the free version anyone can head over and grab themselves...

I have it in my game and haven't noticed a single difference between this version and 1.0.972a with the prostitution part of the mod. I honestly don't pay attention to any other part of that mod but she does explain all of the changes in that link.
