I found out how you can cheat your stats, so the game is less grindy.
- Go to games > scripts > stats_system.rpy - and open the file with a text editor (like WordPad).
- Change all the values to 100.
You can do a similar trick with gallery, but they only show the art ones, and not the replays.
DISCLAIMER: This trick only works when creating new saves. After that it will be permanent.
Some encounters (specifically Ayako) will appear in the wrong order but they will nonetheless all appear, none are lost.
I will post a full save, but my account is too new, so cant post files or links.

I'm stuck in a scene where it says go to Ayako's Room at night and this is after we hypnotizer into loving us and obeying us like it was in middle school I believe.
I was already considering to drop this as the start is really slooow and you just need to redo the actions until it finally starts to get into gear in the second week if I remember rigtht. There is also a help menu coming up at that time that gives the usual hints. So just be patient and skip through until this.
The guide is unfortunately not up to date, there are some more actions not mentioned in it like the costumes you can buy in the shop. Maybe an improvement for the next update.
