Have you asked Tamako for an allowance? You can't buy things if you haven't got any money, so the shop doesn't appear if you haven't asked her. Ask her when she is in the kitchen. You should also have watched MeTube until the lockpick video comes up, if you haven't already.

I've found myself stuck with Tamako. Her hint says to go to her room in the morning, but she's never there. I've completed Ayako's and Natsumi's quest lines to the end in v.14. What am I missing?
