Man last update for SoB was on 26.5. so I have no idea why this one made you lose hope when its pretty much consistent with his schedule.
Sometimes he releases week later so we he could realese it something like 3.6., and sometimes you will have week earlier so its 20.5.

The easiest way to do it is look at the event text ( the english part) and search that in qgen and you'll see what variable causes the said text above it. Copy that variable in the search box and trace it back to where it equals 1 or 0

I'm not sure if SOB has it but BK has it's variables translated in the gs_start_var as comments above each character

Nope, shes going to cock block you now, also no new stuff for her in .19

You can edit your qsp file to remove cockblock if it bothers you, only way.
