Thanks everyone for the hints how to edit the file and sharing updated version.
Unfortunately still stuck on the alt path:

Steps done:
* Meet Alik (Thursday, 17:00 go to her room).
* Ask sister about Alik.
* Catch them making out 4 times.
* Meet Alik in park (12:00-16:00).
* Agree to help.
* Ask sister about Alik (relationship should be 900+).
* Buy spy camera from laptop.

But now I am not able to find this option.
* Plant camera in sister's room.

Stats of the sister:
Deparivity Irregular 620
Behavior Compliant 470
Attitude Ready for anything 1000

I had purchased the spy camera from the laptop but did not find an option to plant it in the room of the sister.
I am able to plant the camera at Luda during repairs.
I was able to buy a second spy camera from the laptop.
But I still have not figured how and when to plant it.

Any ideas?

In "official" Russian version every day, after 10:00 in her room a button should appear. What QSP are you using?

I was using 137744_sob23_en_mod_sknf1_figment.

Tried again with the file posted by Robbo a few posts ago.

Still no button though during week at 10.
On Saturday or Sunday I can talk to her at 10.

Settings in cheat menu
There is a 1 for the variable Alternate Path.
Everything else is still at 0.

It seems at least parts of the alt path of the sister need to be completed in the first two months of the game.
Juli = month 7
August = month 8

I assume the idea behind this is that the relationship with the sister is established before going to university at the beginning of September.

For those who have chosen the alt path for the sister and have given her the maid dress etc, I found out that if her stats are high enough and you do some cheating in the mod, you can get a visit in your room from her and have sex and get a bj at uni, also have sex in the kitchen, a bj in the bathroom (weekends).

Is there a command to reset her quest line to the start? Accidentally got into the alt patch and finished it but it's pretty shit compared to the regular one haha.


Edit: I fiddled with some of the Russian QSP Editor things with the Russian for sister in them and I guess some stuff KINDA fixed haha. It'll do.
