is it just me or there is a Password on the File, if someone has an Idea of what it is, could I get it ?

Are you sure about that? Does a password window pop up when you try to unzip the file from Mega?
I feel the same way. The second half of the game felt like tacked on post game content, i didnt finish it, the pacing went hardcore at the end of the first half and then down to zero. Almost like 2 characters from 2 stories mashed into 1 game and you gotta farm the h content again.
Thank you for telling everybody how to feel about this experience. It was needed, as everybody except you is incapable of forming their own opinions.

Leane Legitimate Crown was similar. Written like an epic masterpiece for the first half, then the 2nd half felt a bit phoned in.

Everyone's got their own opinion, and we're talking about porn games, so I'm not going to throw stones.
That said, did you play through the "porn" bit - the second act - and get to the third act, the "redemptive arc"? If not, I strongly advise you to give it a try.
The game's basic structure is a firm first arc, followed by a sandbox period during which you can have fun slutting Umi up, followed by a return to a firm third arc, which returns to the story portion and writing of the first arc. To get to the third arc, you need to complete a few of the bad endings, after which you get the option to start on the good end track.
Either way, I am glad that you enjoyed the first half of the game!

Is the redemption ark the only option or can you split those two? Or otherwise lead to "true bad ending", instead to reuniting?
If not, got any game like that you could recommend?
Even better if it wouldn't be with NTR as the main focus.

The redemption arc is entirely optional. There are tons of bad ends, and you can choose any of them to be your own personal bad ending. You've gotta choose to start the "good ending", and you can only do so after three bad ends.
As for other game recommendations... I recommend Ankoku Marimo's games, like Kamikaze Kommittee and LeGendary Strangers. TechnoBrake's games are fun too, some of which have NTR, some of which don't. Clymenia's games are fun, if a bit on the old side. Shoku's games are good, if you're okay with loli. Fallen Noble - by Iron Chain Council - is as yet untranslated but it's got some really great art. Hige to Deko's games have great art, but they're untranslated and use WOLFRPG. Oh, and Tengsten's games - Imperial Gatekeeper and Anekasegi - are really fun too, if you want some management aspects thrown into an HRPG that runs on WOLFRPG, and are fully translated. Finally, Nikukure's games, some of which have NTR, some of which don't.
Seems like the game is still not translated. No mod can start the game and see yourself? The download is just a bait cuz the best part of the game is not even translated -.-

So, I feel bad about how little I've done on this project in the last few months. Too many irons in the fire and all that, but I still feel bad. I've got a major academic project kicking off in a few weeks, so I doubt the amount of free time I'll have is going to increase any time soon. So, with that stated:
While I am not dropping the project, I am willing to hand over a copy of the project files and explain how to encrypt the game into a usable form, if anyone is interested. My time commitments shouldn't be holding this translation hostage, and you guys have been very patient. The project file is large - several gigabytes - and uploading it will be a pain in the ass, so please send me a DM if you are interested in taking a crack at the thing while I'm busy.

Okay, so: This could be a number of issues. First, open your image folder, and check one of the subfolders - is there a file called States.png on the end of that file path? If not, try dropping the attached file into the folder. Also check to see if there's a file called States.rpgmvp. If there is, do not delete it.
