game runs way too fast for some reason. all the animations are super fast. Is this on my end, or is there a fix to this?

This is an older game- it's not finished. Might not be since he's busy with SAO game(update this week on that).. But as far as sakuras chapter which is part of the hugeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee scathach game he started with- it's "complete" as a mini game.
Also since it's sakuras chapter- when scathach is actually one in the relationship with the MC- it's not full blown NTR- sakura is stolen from shirou- but.. you're not shirou. There are a few scathach scenes- but they'll seem out of place unless you play the scathach game that is actually the first part of this game.
