Yeah it's a bit weird to me to but maybe it's someone's weird fetish. I'm assuming people donated to the project so they had a say on what is in it and what not. Reminds me of the Harley Quinn dog sex 3d animation which I didn't care for. I wanted to see Harley gangbanged or gangraped. Instead we got weird dog sex but I'm assuming that's because the people that donated to project wanted that. I also personally prefer interracial because I like seeing the contrasting skin tones. Not that I have an issue with white and white. I just think 3d animation and even in real porn that contrasting skin tones is nice.

it's rly hard to ignore those new textures they're so bright and jarring it would least make more sense if shes being fucked in some volcanic cave temple, whereas the old texture fit in with the look of the surroundings, a rocky grey ruin with some greenery. It just reminds me of those old movies that used CGI poorly so it looks hilarious.

He probably wanted to disguise the appearance of the Wallrider beast model from Outlast to make it look more original. I would also prefer the gray version of the beast. He could have easily kept the lava skin in gray only.
