Well maybe someone can make an edited version that has all the scenes from both versions. Just make it come off like there’s two sets of monsters xD

Seems like to me, he Reworked Part 1 .... why Edit something ... where you see the same thing with diffrent models again... just sikpped through it... didnt see id full yet....

Some malfunctions are not there, but he did not remove, for example, the lava man's finger inserted into Lara's anus through her suit.
Damn, thats what i call a disappointment, he removed the best scenes, that entire part with the Lava dudes is just boring

Yeah, I'm just going to pretend this never happened, and keep the original parts 1-4. This is worse in basically every way, in my opinion. I mean, it's obviously up to creators to do what they want, and some people may like it better. I just think it looks like this is the draft version, and the other is the finished product.

Besides the lava thing, the others scenes are good! I think I will do some edit for myself tomorrow.

Yeah I really didn’t see the point in changing part 1. I wouldn’t even mind the texture change so much if they made the same sounds but they don’t. Other than Lara making noise, it’s practically silent, the cumshots don’t sound the same. Also not a fan of the tentacle scene in the new version. It feels rather out of order. A big tentacle already tears through her pants to start, so there’s no escalation like there was in the original version. It then just disappears when the oral stuff begins.
Really all you’d have to edit into the old one is the bathing scene from part 2, and the overall ending after part 4. If he’d just done that instead of redoing the entire thing, probably would’ve been a lot more time and energy to spent on Lara’s Fantasy instead.

ok so he cut out the best bits of part 1, got it. i still have the superior original version, good enough for me

WAH - I'm glad you like my Fan Edit version, I'll make a new one when Lara's Fantasy comes out and the story is complete.
Mr. Weeaboo - Yeah the tentacle thing doesn't have a smooth transition. He said that when Lara says "What is up with this damn place? This island and these things can bite me!", there should have been a scene with the door closing, but in the end he didn't and that's why the scene has a hard transition. Part 3 has several of these transitions omitted.
On the other hand, he lost all rendered files when he had a problem with his hard drive. And he is also quite exhausted from the project.
In my opinion, everything fits together much better in this new version. The story begins with a ritual scene where Lara involuntarily has sex with tentacles in her dream. At the end we will see another dream of hers where she does the sex on purpose because she has changed. She searched for a lost civilization and fell into a trap, she was disgraced, her character changed and now she is a sex machine or will be in the Amazonian Mist.
I understand the lava creatures that replaced the reference to Outlast so that it wasn't a crossover, and thanks to them the scene has a better light.
I asked him for a scene in part 4 where there will be more split screens and everything will be longer due to the new camera angles. This didn't happen in the end. He said he would show me how weird the split screen looked in part 4 in other scenes, but I think he won't show that either.
