When you defend Ziva from Grug the MC calls her his friend iirc. The only reason the MC is even at the temple is as a favor to her, so I think there's more to their relationship than just sex. When Grug demands sex from Ziva in exchange for entering the temple she is at first shocked and reluctant. Even if Ziva was a "literal whore" this wouldn't be a standard transaction, it's technically blackmail for something that is arguably already hers. That's a pretty good idea, besides the Summoning spell's possibilities are endless he can use it to Shapeshift and eventually when he does learn to use it properly he can use it to summon/manifest all kinds of creatures. Besides there is already a well established wide lore of monster girls. Just depends on what Tinkerer wishes to add and what he doesn't... he doesn't seem to be much into Muscular females so we might never get to grab onto some Cow horns and use em like handlebars while getting head from a female minotaur(with a humanoid head not a Cow face x_x ) I was looking at the Fear and Hunger threa earlier and someone mentioned there the same sentiment that most of the Monstergirls are not monstrous or grotesque horror instilling creatures, I guess that's probably because most of them are designed to inspire lust and not the Rare Fear Bonners which interest only those that have been looking at hentai for too long.

I'm not denying that Ziva is a sex priestess, I'm saying that's not the full extent of her relationship to the MC. You usually don't risk your life fighting monsters for someone if your relationship is just whore and client.
