Also all Nergal has been able to do is shooting lightnings from his altar... after you recovered the crown and annointed a priestess.
and than change her pregnancy after several sacrifices.
While Quietesh only has a glowing altar after annointing a priestess with another crown and haveing an orgy as kind of sacrifice.
Since we keep offering sex/sacrifices in the temple, Quietesh might also gain the ability to influence her Priestess more... like the baby groweing inside her for another Avatar... her and Nergal seem to be very strongly aligned in these things :þ

I understand that and agree with it. But the thing is that we get the option in the first time we meet Grug, to avoid NTR. So why the hell is it forced later on? It makes no sense and it should never be mandatory. At the very least, the game should give us the choice to decide if the MC wants to join them or not.

The Criticism is not of the character but of the Player's freedom of choices in the Playthrough. As for "not in any way bound to the MC" She would still be an old hag about to get her ass kicked further away from town if it wasn't for the MC. Please don't be that guy who starts the whole "cuckolding is awesome" argument again. Everyone has their own kinks if everyone was similar we would live in a very boring world. If someone wants to play the game as a "conqueror of everything in sight" kind of character then there's nothing wrong with that same as there is nothing wrong with anyone who enjoys a game with a Heavy NTR storyline. Tinkerer could easily split the storyline with making all he NTR optional he has faced backlash from his patrons over the force cuckolding before IDK why he doesn't just keep it optional.

When you defend Ziva from Grug the MC calls her his friend iirc. The only reason the MC is even at the temple is as a favor to her, so I think there's more to their relationship than just sex. When Grug demands sex from Ziva in exchange for entering the temple she is at first shocked and reluctant. Even if Ziva was a "literal whore" this wouldn't be a standard transaction, it's technically blackmail for something that is arguably already hers. I agree with you that it isn't NTR, but the context makes it kind of cuckish imo.

I hope tinkerer keeps his creative freedom. I like how the game develops and how are the different characters and their relationships with main character. I think that adding that werewolf skip was a mistake and that he shouldn't appease the haters. If this game needs a tag then bring it on and get rid of them.

Considering that the Priestesses of Quietesh were never meant to know the blessing of motherhood our own little divine intervention might create such events in the future.
