Buy the bird cage from the merchant in the southeast corner of the port city. That's assuming you have done the quest to turn the ogre over to him.
You have to use an agility potion and the bird must be facing away from you when you click on it.
Top of my head the shaman inside the goblin camp selfs them.
its that small outhouse at the bottom of the starter village.

After you get the new house for Liandra (the old witch's house), you can farm them in front of the house.
163 quests (theres technically 165 but "Mass For The Pious" dosent register in the quest log at all so just ignore that & you can only get "Security" by failing "Retrieve The Acrons")
Don't get me wrong, I love how this game features the mc's fuckbuddies include many different fantasy races but I hope Tinkerer introduces more who dropped kids before being knocked up by him like Luthien
