Im using Mozilla Firefox 65.0.1 and as you can see: no problems.
But like i told you before. Ignore it and use a different file hoster.
Maybe Gab uses different ones with the next update

I saw your screenshots a page back on what you see so I just wanted to show you what it showed for me. I checked and it seems to be any FILESCDN link does that for me. I use chrome and rarely use firelag.

The puzzle is finally solved - g.chrome was at fault.
I said it serveral times before and can only say it again just ignore filescdn.
It's impressive you get so worked up over a filehoster.
I had tried it once, ignored it and switched to another one.

This problem was solved in 0.05a . Since no one did report it, it took me a while to experience this problem.
Workaround. Dont invite them if you don't need to do so or use the file - put it in the game folder (only compatible with 0.04a).

Small problem.
If you are out of money and in old town, it soft locks the game.
Early on if you are out of money and try to work at the inn, but have the "Shouldn't it be more fun" dialogue, you can't seem to earn any money ever again, because everytime you try to work it will always be that dialogue.
When you help the nun go around for donations, Fleur speaks with the Amelie tag

No money in Old Town... yes.. this problem is known but even in 0.06 is no solution for this problem.
Out of money in New Town: Climb over a blacony (Apartment)
Going to add the version 0.05c now.
In the latest Version (Patreon only until v 0.07) i changed the System a bit:
- Fixed: a problem if mc doesn't want to work - just want to sleep (if he doesn't have enough money he can still work - as long as it isn't night!)
- I replaced every image with webp to shrink the file size
P.S.
Ignore the grammar. PLEASE! 0.06 got a big update with this and i know it's annoying.
There at least 100 grammar errors ( your and you're and serval...)
