It's kind of both. It starts as Netorase, but at some point, the MC want it to stop, and the girl "agree" (she doesn't stop, and it become Netorare)
There's a bit of back and forth. To be fair. The scenario is ultra simple, but... for a NTR Game, I think it was well executed. It won't blow your mind, but if you like NTR, it's a good addition to your library. Way better than half of the NTR content here anyway.

they have released version 1.3 of the game I guess this will be the initial one that came out at the beginning

Except I don't think this is AI generated because its superficial quality is too amateurish and the composition for the most part seems to have some structure to it, consistent number of fingers and whatnot. What the hell.
According to the change logs a newer version seems to have fixed a loading screen bug.
Hopefully someone manages to update the translation to the latest version of the game.

Oh, look! It's another mass produced ntr japanese game with machine translation... How exciting...Yeah...
Except this is not a mass produced. The circle Rain Shelter Frog has produced quite an amazing past work, although he does admit that he did this one a bit faster than the last work (NTR Adventurers Lyne & Elza).
For the MTL, let's just hope it's just a placeholder, cuz Lyne & Elza also starts out as MTL, but someone picked it up and give it proper translation.
