Just upgrade dude, Windows 7 is EOL and not safe to use due to lack of security updates.

Same as above, Windows 7 is outdated, install Windows 11 and you won't have this issue, as long as your gpu supports DX12, if not, upgrade your GPU too.

KSP is a very technical game. When playing KSP, you expect to have to put a lot of brainpower into it.
People do not want to have to put a lot of brainpower into making the naked ladies do the sex. They want to be able to quickly and easily get the scene they want, ideally while only using one hand. Spending 10 minutes fighting the controls just to get dick approximately in hole takes you right out of the mood.
A good game understands what it is, and what its audience is going to expect from it, and designs accordingly.
who knows how to get the body file out of the game? I want to polish and finish it, then put it back into the game. In other games I've done it in Blender. in UE 4.27, I have no idea how to get it, what to convert it into for a clear file for Blender (for example)

i think if you need a new pc to even run windows 10, you probably arent even going to be able to run the game.
It's doable. it could use some quality of life stuff ofc like savestates or some presents but you canmake a scene in less than 2 minutes.
one thing that's not obvious you can only grab toys with P or leftclicking the base of them.
if you want to insert toys, i recommend rotating the toy, then flying inside of it and press P. this will basically be first person perspective flying. then scroll wheel down to lower your speed for the actual insertion.
As for posing, Floaty+Mouthphysics+Look at camera allows the head to track well.Then freeze the head when it looks in the direction you want.
When you freeze body parts the part is anchored at a fixed point. but parts can still stretch for easy readjustments. so when you get closer and closer to the desired pose, remember to update every anchor point so parts aren't stretched in the final pose.
As for getting hip movement working well. it's importing to have the pelvis unfrozen and for the body to be lifted up and free floating. they don't move well if the floor is in the way. Ragdoll helps alot for any pose that is lying down.
As for getting futa penetration going. it goes a long way to make something realistic. freeze pelvis with penis. Use ragdoll and grab the other actors pelvis and guide slowly. and if the poses are wellmade, unfreeze pelvis and you can get hipmotion working.
so basically use float for basic pose. then add ragdoll. finalize pose so no body parts are stretched. guide pelvis if futa. First person insert toys at the end. If want the head to track then you'll have to make a pose without ragdolling.

but im sooo glad it's not VR only, i absolutely despise when games are only VR, but... i can understand this would be so much easier to control in that mode,
id like to support this game but i do fear its going to go the way of VR only.
for desktop mode id like to see a bit more focus on being able to control the toys when penetrating using the mouse, compared to setting to an auto function

Tried this game a few days ago. It gave me a real headache just to position a futa screwing a girl. I somehow made it to work at one point and realized I spent more than 3 hours on it.

How do you customise the girls?What? Are you saying a game that advertises itself as physics based sandbox sex sim with ridiculously big sex toys, huge cumshots and petite customizable girls you can lewd how much you want doesn't have cuminflation? What about belly bulge? X-ray? Anything?
Yeah, VAM is amazing and you can actually make just about any animation in it, supports custom morphs, keyframed and procedural animations, it's hard to use since it's more of an animation tool than game tho which scares many people off.
