1. I guess your talking about the Velle scene if I remember correctly, Maybe try clicking fix gallery??
2. Do you mean her level 24 event, just help her in the garden in the afternoon and the event should trigger (not on same day as her level 23 event)

They're around two months apart I think? If so around the end of the month maybe. Checking on the patron Jikei says march.
