I get that, you want monstrous girls. I dislike how common human reskins are as well. Maybe tell us some of the games you've already played? Otherwise I can just recommend monster girl quest and call it a day.

Well i played quite a few, some text based like corruption of champions, some rpg maker ones, like MGQ, but I'm especially fonf of pixel side scrollers like Forest of Blue Skin or Castle of Tempation.
I think one MG in game is ok if she's interactable enough. Like i feel like Monster Girl Dreams is too vanilla for my taste, but there is this cave boss called Amy who alone makes up for it.
I don't need extensive list, maybe just throw in some favorites of yours.

You know, I never realised how many legs a game has until now, this is tricky. Wish I could say MGQ paradox and move on.
Anyway, for sidescrollers...How do you feel about Echidna wars and Demon angel sakura? They do have vore as a focus though.
SHRIFT is one of my favourites, you should play it if you haven't yet.
Bifrost might be worth mentioning since all girls do have an ending.
Since you liked that Amy freak maybe you'd like teraurge.
Since you liked Corruption of champions you'll probably like Lilith's throne.
I know for a fact portals of phereon has weird girls.
Damn dude, everyone has legs, I can't think of many games with monsters. I'm hoping you haven't played SHRIFT, it'll have to carry me.

So there is this side called Yodayo that lets you make your own Ai chatbots, very easy, also free, i made some monstergirls with it. Basicaly you can make Ai porn, you can also use it to make your own visual novels using Ai, with the tavern feature, you choose backround image, character image and you write the sentences to say, personality and all that stuff, it is kinda a very easy way to let everyone make small visual novels. I made some monstergirl chatbots. Maybe you want to try it out.

All monstergirls are awesome, unique and sexy. This is why i love games with multiple divers monstergirls in it, they are all hungry and all need some food. But yandere games with just one could also be nice. Crazy girls realy turn me on. There is this one game, "Escape from yandere childhood friend" it has just one girl but it works so well. She keeps hunting for you and molesting and flirting and you solve riddles. Just imagine this with a spidergirl. Maybe I just make a mod for that game and have her be a spidergirl. Change her picture and a bit of the stuff she says. And it would be a great mod. Spidergirls are very sexy. And getting caught in her web realy turns me on. I think a lot of games could use a monstergirl mod. Turning the girl into a spidergirl. Or a Lamia.
