Btw, some people who experienced slow game is because the game didn't automatically use the best or external GPU instead it set to use intergrated one. So whoever had the slow gameplay is because their Intergrated GPU is outdated...

So, for those who had better external GPU, here is the way:
1. Go to "Display Settings" and then "Graphic settings"
3. Click "browse" on "Choose and app to set preference" and select the application of the game.
3. After you set it, click the game and "option", there you can choose which GPU should be used to run it.

I might be stupid but where are old saves stored? I downloaded the new version but I still get up my old progress on the normal difficulty. I've deleted the previous version game folder.

Edit: Never mind found it in Appdata/Local

Got a weird case here: Got to 2-6, got up to the Final Wave, and I suddenly fail the level before any enemies even appear; fade out to "Watch Scene" prompt. I try again in case it was a fluke bug; this time I get about half through the wave clean, no line breakage, nothing gets past, then it just starts fading out again; I'm back at the scene prompt.
Zero idea what's going on, but gonna give it one more shot since the behaviour wasn't quite identical.

EDIT: 3rd try worked fine, so random-ish bug I guess?

EDIT 2: Had the same bug at random in every stage after 2-6, and worth noting that it's the Witch Game Over every time.

I saw a witch just phasing through an entire line. she was slowed, but just kinda trotting through everyone, not taking any damage, and then the game over triggered about halfway through the row.
