VN - Ren'Py - Abandoned - Love and Submission [v0.08] [veqvil]

I must say, it's realy amazing! It's hard to find such a good game. Compared to many other games of this kind, the story is absolutely mind blowing, the characters are all so different and interesting! I'm almost speachless!
Truth be told, I can't wait to see more of it!

Ladies and gentlemen (alright, gentlemen only) this right here is a phenomenal piece of work.

Next to Depraved Awakenings the best game on the site. While it might thread a little behind the aforementioned in terms of story and characters, it definitely makes up in beautiful renders, which are the best I've seen in any adult game, and game-play which is very pleasant, there's no padded game-time with pointless grind, and you're also often told what you could've done differently to influence the outcome of the scene. And if that wasn't enough, the game manages to cut on the usual wall of texts while simultaneously managing to keep a pretty well written and engaging story.

My only concern is that the project is pretty ambitious, with multiple characters and romance options, and (supposedly) branching story-lines, which might negatively impact the development time of the game.

But in the meantime, I can easily recommend this game to anyone, it deserves every bit of praise it gets and is definitely worth playing.

I'm just some asshole who just finished playing this game. I usually don't give my opinions because A. Who cares what some asshole thinks, and B. I don't care what other assholes think.

That said. I want to give my opinion on this game.

First the characters. I must say, I have a serious type. Which honestly leaves me not caring, or generally hating the majority of the characters. Plus, the male characters in adult games I dread when they appear. Mostly because I figure I'll hate them or some NTR crap will happen and I'll hate the game NTR is a crap fetish, dev don't make any NTR unavoidable.)

The characters in this game however, both male and female, I generally enjoyed. They all had unique personalities that come through the story, which sadly I feel most games fail at due to poor writing or bad English translations (most of the time a mix of both). Although I feel the "lonely" mother thing isn't very pushed. I feel as though she may be the most bland character.

The story itself is great. I really enjoyed it. I was heavily disappointed (in both good and bad ways) when I finished all content in the current release. I don't know if I'll play the other specialties routes, mostly because I don't feel like they would add to much to my experience at the moment. Don't wanna be disappointed by that "thanks for playing" screen again.

The gameplay is sorta... Non existent. It's more like a visual novel than a sandbox imo. I believe placing currency and stats would at least give some gameplay as long as it's not super grindy. Finding items can be a real pain in the ass. I struggled to find the notebook, even after the sisters hind and reading this thread for it. I couldn't see any indication that it was there at all. I had to furiously click around it and eventually I got lucky. Some items, like something I saw while looking through this thread for the notebook, I didn't see any hints about it. Unless it revolves around a specialty a didn't select (I chose fitness).

All in all, I enjoy it immensely. I'll be following it and keeping my fingers crossed the dev doesn't get "the sickness".

If the other reviews didn't make you download this game, I'm not sure I'll be able to convince you to do so but...

Basically this game's pretty good! The story and gameplay are blended together in a nice package. Admittedly sometimes you can get a little lost and will have to hunt for pixels but nothing that'll stump you forever.

The dialogue is pretty good too, I especially love the characters because each of them are fleshed out fairly well in a relatively short amount of time.

The main character is pretty flexible character wise depending on your decisions but overall his core personality is that of a stereotypical hero but that's not necessarily a bad thing.

I've never been particularly picky about graphics so it's not really a major plus for me but for anyone whose curious about the game will be happy to know that the graphics are pretty good and fairly consistent.

And Yes. There is some sexual content already in the game.

I'm looking forward to the future of this game and I hope that anyone who reads this review will be convinced to try it out if you haven't already.

amazing game really enjoyed the game and story so far. Other devs need to play this and take notes on how these games should be. The game has a path for just about everything you can think of with great story and content for whatever path you take and that's on top of the amazing main story. You can truly play this game however you want. Best VN iv ever played hands down.

The gameplay is really convoluted you shouldn't need to play a game an insane amount of times to get good scenes. Everything necessitates a walk-through and is a hidden secret that you don't know unless you made the game or are spam clicking everything. We play for fun and to fap this makes it really frustrating and annoying. Major blue balls playing this and following through comments to progress each step of the way.

Wow. Easily my second favorite Renpy; and if we get more content like we are it will quickly become my first. I am not a huge fan of whatever alien or "glow eyes" family nonsense angle is going on but it is tolerable with all of the amazing power-play submission stuff! LOVE it. I dislike Wicked Ways (a super popular game RN) also because of this weird nonsense (Devil May Cry) weird world that they layer into another game and it doesn't fit well IMO. I guess creators think their games need that to keep them original or "interesting" but I try to power through (quickly as I can) any of the Barrons storyline.

GREAT GAME though! Love it. Keep it up.

The game starts out really good. But at some point the developer must have forgotten that this is an Adult game, because it just gets so boring with serious issues and sci-fiction with very little action. If you're looking for action in your adult games, look elsewhere. Its a shame because some of those models would be pretty hot to see in action.
Also, after a short time into it, you can tell the dev is just phoning it in with the 'english'. Don't waste a few hours to only be rewarded with one masturbation scene near the end.

It's very difficult to rate an unfinished game. As of version 0.06 there isn't much indeapth in the story. It looks very promising but I can't tell if it will be good or not. The most important thing in an adult game is the sex. How is it brought? With whom? What is the situation? It plays a huge role but so far there isn't much sex in the game so I can't judge that important aspect.

The story looks complex enough to be interesting and it could lead to many sexy scenari. We just scratched the surface so far but it could be really good. The family next door reminds me of the vampire family in Twilight. They are not vampire (no clue points to that) but they give the same vibe.

The characters are well done and the women very hot. That's a big plus in an erotic game.

The questlog is a good thing to know what to do and what you can't do yet in this version.

If all go well we'll have an amazing game.

- Fantastic visuals
- Actually decent plot for an adult game
- Good character design and variety
- Choices have adequate repercussions
- Good pacing, things don't move too slow nor too fast

another game in my top 3. this game has a great story, good graphics and replayabilty. multiple choises for different playthroughs. and the story is really captivating.. no im just waiting for the story to continue..

This is the type of game that you want to play over and over again just because everytime u want to do something differently and also it just looks amazing! this one goes to my top 5 honestly i just recommend everyone to try this one

The game has a very interesting story, which is a huge surprise in a H-Game and the characters are top-notch both in terms of renders and story. The dev clearly knows what he's doing, and I really like what he delivered so far.

I love and hate this game at version 0.06.

The story seems ok (although the pacing is glacial) but the bugs are silly. The item handling is garbage. I pick up a key, but then I don't have it to use it. I grab Mom a coffee and give it to her, then at the end of the day I still have the coffee and have to throw it out.

If they fixed up the pacing and add more content (so it is less clicking to move around to accomplish nothing of value) then it might be a 5/5 game.

Pros: Good looking models, feels like there's lots of freedom
Cons: No sex scenes (or they're very hard to find), annoying time-management system, mystery box style story with a load of mystical nonsense that doesn't and probably won't ever actually matter.

It's a bland dating simulator with a load of superficial plot dumped on top. The game has magic powers and mind-control drugs and yet you don't get to play with anything more than a binned bottle of massage oil.

i really liked this game . at first i downloaded this game just for the incest and the great looking characters but when i played this game it was the plot that captivated which is kinda new to me cause i'm harder to please when it comes to plot when i was looking for just some good sex scenes

I held this game in high regards for a long time, it seemed to have a lot of potential. The models are stunning, the story seemed interesting and the progression seemed to be at just the right pace. Then I saw what each update brought. The main focus of this game seems to be the story for now. It would not be a bad thing if there was a bit of sex for each update, but right now, I consider this game a failure as a sex game. The developper is trying to set it as a RPG with his questlog, but the truth is it is always very linear, all you really have to do is move your mouse all over your screen to get through tons of different places just to get to where you want to every single time. That is not enjoyable to me. I'll come back in a few month and try again, but for now, I'd say it's not even worth trying out.
