You have to get the girls love over 80% iirc if you go to that screen with all the girls with their location if you click on the information button top right click it twice and a heart should appear. Filling that heart up helps with the new dating areas.

i have problem with getting more characters in school, like i can add them to class (i'm talking over 38 seats, with the new dlc), but some of them don't show up in school after starting the game.
koikplugin 1.6 beta (patreon version) is out
Nothing really new on the surface, few fix, result and time resume are back after H session started by trespassing button and minor other things are fixed. But in deep, kPlug's code changed a lot to allow translation of almost all its text contents.
The code use to read translated text needs optimization, it's uselessly heavy ( but no impact if no translation in use ), that's why this build is published as a beta version and translation files and infos are uploaded separately, a better version should come in few days.
