Can anyone tell me where's the file to modify the windowed screen resolution? or a way to play "fullscreen windowed"? I mean not play at the 640x480 mini window or fullscreen but the middleground. Thanks in advance!.

Um I'm probably really blind, but maybe there needs to be a minor correction to the Installation. I looked in all three folders for the 'Koihime Musou.exe' and couldn't find it (found a 'koihime' icon though), then I thought maybe my Anti-Virus quarantined it without me notifying. Searched it and still couldn't find it, but then I noticed there was a lcsebody.exe and clicked on that, which is what opened up the game.

Maybe worth noting is I d/led from the MEGA link. Maybe the exe got accidentally changed from Koihime Musou to lcsebody or something. Anyway sorry for any inconvenience, thanks for the upload!.

The exe is Icesbody.exe it's a generic .exe that's created by the engine BaseSon uses.

Err...sorry but, that post of mine was made quite awhile ago. That was before the OP changed the Installation notes to 'lcesbody.exe'. When the OP first made the post the Installation note actually said 'click on Koihime Musou.exe to start'.

so i did everything on the installation but the fonts or whatever doesnt seem to fix the uhh weird spacing on games text fields any fix for that?

Hey this is a odd question but does anyone say anything in this game. Is this game read only with no character voices and just sound effects and music ? Yeah i just google and it does. I placed the 2 sound pack files in the game folder i can't hear any voices from any of the characters. The game is working find i can hear everything else perfectly. Other then installing vera files and putting sound files in game folder is there anything else i need to do.

I don't know if it's included here but back when I played this game there was a separate download to add character voices because those files came from the console version.

EDIT: Looking at the file size I'm pretty sure that's how big the game was with the voices so I'm not sure why it wouldn't work for you.

I see i did find a site that gives you and english patch for the game but my pc throws a red flag. I rather not download stuff with malware or virus. Already try playing the game without using those files include with the game and no change. Kind sucks really was looking forward to the military battles. It's just odd for the characters to be silent even if I can't understand them their voices a lot better then silince.

There's actually 2 versions of this game, one that doesn't have voices (though that problem was fixed by 4chan almost immediately) and one that does. The only core difference between the two is that there's no voice volume control for the patched version as compared to the one that does.

Alright tried it but got this error message.

PS NOOB mistake on my part I never moved the files from the KoihimeVoices folder to the game dir. Voices are working now thanks again.

The last time I played it was about a year and a half ago, and the game always crashed right after the final battle. There was nothing I could do and no one I talked to seemed to know how to fix it. I'll try again with this version and see if I can finish the game.

Great game! Although, I remember the game crashing when maxing out Sei. I hope someday the PS2 version will be integrated to the original so we can see Sei, Sui, and Shion's endings. Yeah, they have their own endings in the PS2 version.

I managed to get through the first 3 battles until we get to a war camp. Some little shit comes in and says she wants Aisha and hints that she'll tie her up and whip the shit out of her, Aisha declines and this fuck stick of an MC tried to convince her to join and get tortured.

Why, oh fucking why, do all these Japanese MC's have to be idiotic twats?

She gets into the water naked.

What follows is some of the worst writing i've ever let my eyes skim over.

I mentioned once in another thread about idiots in H games seeing a pair of tits and being unable to look away while not hearing anything else and having an inner monologue that reads like a 13 year olds diary that just found out what breasts are. All the while talking about nosebleeds.

That scene could have looked quite nice if the writer hadn't made the MC into the stereotypical Japanese male lead that has no idea how to act around women despite having nothing but women around him.

I don't ask for much.

I just want a normal MC that can hold a conversation without devolving into a drooling halfwit at the sight of flesh.

So many scenes ruined by this awful writing. I wouldn't mind if it was an isolated incident but it's in so many translated games it makes me think Japan only has 1 writer.

It's made worse when i've read the same things appearing in western works. It's like a disease that's spreading.

It needs to stop.
