Yes they are. It is Major.Minor.Patch. And 00 is numerically the same as 0 although 00 is invalid in semver. Also the 0th minor is the same as the 00th minor (since it reflects no minor version)

Whether the minor is listed as 0 or 00, a 0 is a 0 and a 00 is a 0.
Since 00 does not exist in semver it would be considered the same as 0

Also this dev doesn't even know how to make it possible to cancel a video in RPG Maker MV. You are forced to watch five minutes of loops. Maybe he needs to take a course in that (and secondarily, in how NOT to compress videos)

Oh... trying it out a bit... apart from the lone goblins, this game is CRAAAAAAZY HARD and completely unbalanced. How the fuck are you supposed to gain any wins at all when you're killed in one or two blows from a knight or the mountain??? even three followers will be decimated before you can save one fucking girl in the stronghold.

PS: Use the MTool available in the tools forum to cheat this game...

Because AS I WROTE, the developer doesn't know enough RPGM to know how to cancel a playing video.
He also knows nothing about how to compress videos. They are so badly compressed it makes my eyes hurt.


(THIS IS SO BADLY COMPRESSED IT'S UNACCEPTABLE)

Also doing loops in the video makes all videos big as fuck instead of just letting rpgm loop them and/or let you alternate with a menu choice.

bruh...how do you skip these LONG ASS sex cutscenes!? This is basically unplayable. The video doesn't even have good compression. It looks like it was encoded for a 2004 syrian bootleg nokia phone. Came to say this. I spent less than a minute in the intro and now I have been on a single uskippable handjob scene with zero dialogue for 10 minutes.
After getting past that annoyance I move on to the first fight. All my actions deal no damage and there is a constant error popping up about some missing audio preventing me from navigating the menu. Fuckin hell.

I got stuck on the first handjob scene at the very beginning of the prologue.
Horrible compression, occasional graphical error (her thumb is treated as a fluid which makes it break and reset often). and it is ridiculously long.

I left it running while doing other things. it finally finished. started combat tutorial. and got stuck with a missing sound file error
and i power through it and get other sound errors too. (also in RPGM it never goes away once it errors. it will repeatedly combat back every few seconds when you hit retry. even if you shut down and then load a version that fixed the bug, it will stay. gotta load a save from before it happened and avoid hitting it in the first place)
