Unless it's semantic versioning you can't assume any level of progression from the version name because that's not how that works, and in semantic versioning a completed status is 1.0.0 not 1.00.

Just try to replace the not exsisting files! example copie cancle1.ogg to desktop, rename it to chime2.ogg and replace it in the /se folder!
do it also with the rest of the files....
This can fix the problem till next update..

I am in a scene in prison cell but how can I continues? I am pressing all buttons and the animation just loops.
Look promissing but the scene look on an infinite loop or i failed somewhere.

Uh, in Semantic, 1.0 and 1.00 are the same. They both indicate a completed project with 0 (or 00) fixes.
Why the hell would you copy it to desktop? Just ctrl-c, ctrl-v in the folder, and rename. That easy.
Anyway, a game with this kind of errors should never be on F95Zone.

No they are not. Who ever goes by version number that are non dates, or with an explanation, will be very lost very soon on here. I saw so many different crazy version numbers they don't mean anything. Only number goes up (most of the time).
Yes they are. It is Major.Minor.Patch. And 00 is numerically the same as 0 although 00 is invalid in semver. Also the 0th minor is the same as the 00th minor (since it reflects no minor version)
Whether the minor is listed as 0 or 00, a 0 is a 0 and a 00 is a 0.
Since 00 does not exist in semver it would be considered the same as 0
