Honestly it is probably whatever anti-virus you have being overzealous and quarantining the Tyranno exe(which has been known to happen in the past with games)the link itself is directly from guy's patreon and I virus total'd it and got no issues.
Don't be dumb and trust internet strangers but yeah...if I wanted to know the porn content on your hard drive and scope out any potential pix of your family, a dumb futa game wouldn't be the way I'd go about it most likely.

Updated OP with note that virus detection is a false-positive, and you also must have current version of 7zip or WinRAR to open the file as it uses RAR5 format.

I assume the non basic version actually has more then 5 minutes of content? Not complaining as much as questioning why use such such a engine and set up for only "x" amount of content. This prob could have been small text story just as well without over doing it with art, programming, editing, etc.

Well I download it but it's really not my type. If an anime male f*cks a futa (in my mind girl with extra package) it's kinda fine, but I really don't like messing with my MC's butt.
For the game now: Not my type as I said, but I can't say it's bad. I like the art style. The mechanics need some work, but it's way too early. Needs work and I'm sure dev will do it. Keep it up.
Every time I try to launch the game its just a gray window with nw.js on it. Never really heard of it but it doesn't look like the actual game.
It's DONE, that was the final product.

Yeah not really a game as such. No win/lose for a game, for CYOA no actual choices or paths.
Pity as adventures for getting money to pay the rent...OR ELSE (muahahaha), would have been an easy setup and looked to be already there. And pics and animations were nice enough.
But linear story is the quickest as opposed to having to work out multi paths etc. I guess.
