My best guess is because of Miki the trap. He kind of looks young enough to be a pseudo-shota.
Just going to throw this out there in case anyone on here is unaware, but there is an anime of this game as well that's pretty good. Don't know which came first, but the anime is fantastic!

Isn't this missing the "impregnation" or "pregnancy" tag ? I mean, I saw that happen in the anime so I presumed that also happened in the game... Or am I mistaken ?

So I followed the walkthrough, I did each girls route holding shift key, made saves for the bad ends, after all four route, I got the new title screen. But I'm still missing one scene in the Gallery under "Others", top right square. Did I miss something?

Such an amazing game ruined by garbage kinks, Iori route is a disappointment, what a pity.
