I think we miss the point here.....even call those games AI is wrong.
AI websites just grab evey possible pictures on the net that are royalty free . give them tags and upload em.
Nothing different to browse google and search free pics by yourself....but you like the word AI, so keep dreaming that there is some kind of neetbot drawing your H stuff somewhere

Not only that but I've also heard that allegedly in eastern countries for some reason AI art is more well received than the rest of world and more people are "for" it over there.

Also, AI art? lmao, what makes you think AI can art? AI only programmed to scavenge relevant images and pile them layer upon layer to make some images close/relevant to your search result.

Some poor fuckers out there had all their work traced by a learning algorithm and will eventually have all their works accused of being AI generated just because it looks so similar.
And now AI is learning how to 3D too.
Remember when this site had a shitload of HoneySelect clone games? Like the ones people don't even bother animating by hand, just toss in a pose and crop the backrounds off? Yeah get ready for that on a AI generated scale.

its not a question of looking better. Its a question of effort and individuality. If you use AI it all looks the same. But thats true about some 3D Vn projects that all use the same model. However where that now differs is effort. AI generators don't put any effort into their craft. If you're going to AI stop using the default fucking models and try making your OWN model. That way you can highly specialize and train your own level of artstyle with the AI. Manually touching up images to make them less error prone. But literally none of these pump and dump devs do this. because they don't want to. The whole point of them using AI is they were too lazy to try and make art prior, or they didn't want to pay someone. Which is fair. But then they carry of this non-effort with this AI generating tool and it shows how little they give a fuck about their shovelware shit game. Its all just for quick money, period.
just because you can doesnt mean you should. i wouldnt be surprised if they used chatGPT to write the code for these dog shit games considering how each one always has tons of errors and bugs every single time. or I wouldnt be surprised if they AI generate the entire dialogue.

It's usually many different art sources combined together. I do think that it's best to support human artists, but human artists also learn by seeing other people's artwork.
