Part 1:
I dont know if that game is supposed to be a self-doubt simulator. But is finaly become one. The Story is bland and I really dont had any fun playing it.


Part 2:
Yeah.. Part 2 is what? It is not even a game. It feels like a heavy drug-trip Video show without any connection.

This game is the definition of wasted potential. It is completely unplayable trash that for some reason keeps existing despite it having no reason to do so beyond enriching the scamming dev. The fact that these forums do not have a meaningful way of dealing with this kind of game being posted is a sincere flaw.

What's the point of this game anyway? The story doesn't follow a straight objective, it always creating a sexual tension but then breaks it outta nowhere, besides this weird dreams are non sensetical bullshit just waffling content. This game gives so much blue balls that they are becoming purple balls.

a good story.... I like that you can take on more than just one perspective... but the mechanics are clunky.... I want to rate this game higher but it seems unnecessarily slow and not very user friendly in my opinion. The RENDERS are beautiful. Love them, which is why I didn't rate it lower than 3 stars.... but the mechanics of this game just won't let me rate it higher... sorry.

Review:
Dual Family is a game that overrated, making the public believe in a project and it turned out that the game became outdated. If you're new and don't know, know that this game was ''stopped'' in its development and its developer, well, I won't go into details about it. When I played it for the first time, I didn't like it and when I played it for the second time, it didn't change much. The game still continues with annoying stuff that it's a mini-game when you find a secret art and you need to assemble the puzzle, this to me is a stupid thing to do and you'll just waste your time assembling them.

History:
It was because of history that many were deceived, because the story is not bad but promising. Well then, I can't say it's a magnificent story, which it isn't, but it's a decent but a little sentimental story, in which in porn games I avoid that a lot. Yeah, I don't want to play a sweetheart porn game where I feel like I'm making love to my ''daughter'' or ''mother'' but also not something nonsensical, stupid or silly. The story itself ends up having a certain balance, sometimes it has boring moments, other times it has interesting moments, but in the end it will only give you a feeling of blueballs.
Gameplay:
You can play as the ''father'' or the ''son'', the stories are separated and you will follow the path. The father's path will flirting with the daughter and the son's path with the mother. Another thing, why the hell doesn't the developer put default names on their characters? fuck that, I played the father's way and didn't want to waste my time playing the son's way, unfortunately this game is not for me at the moment.
Graphics & Sexual Content:
It's a game from 4 years ago stuck in its time, but the graphics are still good/decent as well as renderings. This turns out to be a bit surprising, as the developer has the ability to render well. But on the sexual content, the game turns out to be bad, very bad. There's not much for you to enjoy, the scenes, the vast majority you won't have the pleasure of seeing that rendering, that detail, that female body, that nudity... the angles are purposely hidden so that the player can't see too much, so basically the game has its pretty weak content in that, the sex scenes are also something you won't enjoy very much, no wonder I said the story is pure blueballs, because I'm not saying that the game doesn't have scenes, it does, VERY FEW but nothing you can pleasure.

Why I did gave 1 star?
Do you want to know why? outdated game. The game menu is out of date, you need to remap the family every time you start a ''new'' story, which is pathetic. Even though the story is decent it becomes quite sentimental for a porn game, it's like all the characters are sad, I don't know how to say this, but it seems like incest is taken seriously what can be good for you and bad for others, but for me I don't care. A lot of text to read, a lot of story to understand, but the content is to wait for some miracle and 4 years have passed and only now that this game is ''receiving'' updates and even so it's totally outdated. If you are looking for a game that will satisfy your pleasure, stay away from this one, and please don't download act 2, because it's pure shit. You will only waste your time downloading 4gb for NOTHING!
Anyway, when this game changes and improves, I will change my review, but I find this difficult to happen. Dual Family could be a great game of incest, but that the story is sensitive and full of boredom, makes me stay away from it.

Don't bother with this game. The Dev ruined the DF story and gives this crap. Gumdrop should be ashamed!

When devs update their UI, its usually so minor players don't notice it. Gumdrop made this so unplayable its hurts my brain to think he is still updating it. Anyone thinking of downloading it, there are better games out there.

Cocaine is a Hell of drug! what is this guy on??? don't waste your time! it's big a money grab. DOA! I attempted to watch VOW.... what train wreck.. how in the hell can you follow that mess... This needs to be taken off for good.

Come on, what is this. That flight part is just unnecessarily long, lots of things that I don't even know how to describe, seriously no plot, it's like watching a poorly directed horror movie cut with no start and end. Can't save halfway, can't skip, just wait and watch these horrible animations, and I can only say one word for this game, what a pity

The good about this game is that the images, the angles of some shots are interesting and renders are decent ish, maybe there too much light going on.
as the writing, well, there is kind of a mature feeling, and the shit is dealing with complex stuff from a depth perspective and stuff, BUT OMG the pacing.

If you put a real life-ish pacing in a game, whatever is going to happen if it happens will take years, or it will be rushed as fuck, and destroy all this realism that its aiming for. So this way of cuilding up things that are almost impossible to happen is a double edged sword.

And then the shitties shit that any game can have: DREAMS, even in dreams nothing remarkable is going on, and the things discussed inside those dreams are not speeding things up, the mc is not having any epiphany or anything that helps his character arc. They are just some substitute for the things expected to happen in reality and wont happen with the actual pace.

This blonde character girl is plot protected, and you will get to read a lot and a lot, and prepare yourself to have your expectations subverted contantly.

Then you have the easy going characters to compnsate for the problems listed above, but when i smeel this kind of bullshit i just skip them, cause they are just not lieable, and for free scenes with characters i dont know i prefer 8k VRporn.

As a result of all the problemes listed above, my triggered review mode activated 1 star review. If at some point there is some payoff and its good, maybe i increased the rating, but it will have to be a masterpiece, and from what i have seen so far, it doesnt seem to have that kind of skill.

My brain is not being stimulated and my dick is sleeping, and thats why 1 star.

An underlining scam to keep the audience captivated enough to continue trying to download and play it only to realize the content is below average and the plot is weak. If the dev had the notion to improve or rectify issues then it would have already been done.

worst game i ever played befor. Way to much Text and Story Line. The menu is very confusing and in the hole part one playthrought i didn't get any Sex scene that was Hardcore. Very Dissapointed. i Don't recommand this game at all. There are a lot of better Incest Ren'Py games here.

Wow, playing ACT II is like a view into the mind of someone who was sitting on a bit of Patreon Cash and decided to blow most of it on Acid and Coke; and then try and render and program with an imaginary Andy Warhol friend sitting on his shoulder.

Is a shame, for however slow the first part was, it at least showed some promising renders and story. My advice Gumdrop Games is Lay off the drugs, throw Act II in the Bin and go back to the end of ACT I and finish that game.

Ok so I'll give it two stars cause of the tension. I have to say even though build up slow as fudge, there is nice tension if you play son route between him his mom and other women. I tried the dad route but got bored I have to admit.

Graphics are fairly good, story was interesting now just confusing. I"ll tell you all this, the dev is a genius. Do as little work as possible, yet still hit high patron numbers and although gets pretty bad reviews and comments it still means people give a fudge as they come here to moan about the game and hope something changes to make it better.

But I'm sure the dev doesn't even read f95 so all our comments and reviews means nothing to him. Good thing there are other games that deserve my time more even if they are not as well supported financially as this one.

this is the first time i give a game 2 stars. This game, was ruined by the developer itself. a game with a lot of potential, a game with an interesting story. But is unfortinate that the creator does not care anymore, he comes with empty promisses and lies about what comes next in the future just to mess with our espectations.

The only reason i botherd to make a review to this game is because i cared to much. I really had espectations to this game and everything about that just..... gone. I just feel sad and.....sigh........

What's up with the naming convention you have outlines of people that you have no idea how they associate with anyone else. First started off with my sister coming in talking about her son she has a fight with, then I'm inviting my aunt to a party. Confused as hell??????? Why cant I just play a game? Give a clue of who these people are. before I have to name them

Part 1:So much potential and ultimately falls flat on it's face.
Part 2: A rick roll would have been more entertaining.

Not a real game and it made both mine and most other users antivirus to go haywire. Reasoning for saying that it is not a game you cant do anything only listen to music and view random paintings etc as for game pictures there is nothing to note used unren. This review is for the most recent update for Dual family act 2.

I think the game has changed a ton from what's advertised or someone took over the download link because there's just a sword fight with a lady who yells questions at you then a dancing skeleton.

Pretty good animations on the sword fight and the skeleton.

After setting up the names of the characters its just what seems to be someone's animation class assignment on loop. I hope they get a good grade for the sword fight and skeleton but the camera work could be better with the skeleton

The new version is pretty horrible if I'm being honest and the Spanish menu and voice over throw me off for some reason although the renders and animations are beautiful. The mini games are honestly pretty shitty and i hate how you reply the whole shitty mini game after a wrong answer i am still stuck in the first mini game its just so bad.

Great concept with perhaps the sloppiest execution you fill find on this site.

If this was not intended as a shameless cash grab with the INTENT of draining would-be patrons out of their money for as long as possible then it is just sheer incompetence that produced this game.

Imagine one long series of blue ball inducing scenes with the promise of good plotlines and good sex scenes THAT ARE NEVER DELIVERED...after what? Three years?

I would talk more about the sequel (that apparently has been deleted) and share my thoughts about the creator, but apparently that is against the rules.

Thank God that I adopted the notion of a completed game being completed before dropping any real money on it.

To those of you that paid money to see this game basically go nowhere, you have my sympathies. You deserved more and better.
