Yeah that's just delusional. The artist disappearing doesn't suddenly mean you stop ever posting on patreon and don't manage to get out a single update, not even a small one, in 3 whole years. Especially when the thing that tends to take longest is the art, but they don't even have any art to wait for anymore. Just basic coding and a comparatively small amount of dialogue.
Dunno exactly why they're on newgrounds, but it's likely just to drag in more money from idiots or plain trolling.
Suddenly remembered this game because I like the previous 2 games and just remembered I've played it long ago. A lil bit of research and what I found is a dead game, a very likely dead artist, and a game creator who probably just relaxing and take things slow with 10-20k income monthly.

To be fair, they're down to 272 Patreons. So probably 1-2k dollars a month. The 10k was before they went silent for years.

but if you check lasterk patreon.. it ended 2019 too
i have information that "lasterk" the artist is dead (not sure if its true)
i hope they use another artist and rework the game again.
he/she keep mentioning blood problem in their own patreon, maybe marblesyrup team cant say anything about lasterk so they just goes silent. (agreement or something)
too bad.. this game had much potential.

The project has been abandonned, the dev didn't give life sign since a few years. So the game is unfinished and only includes the bj scene.

What? I distinctly remember at least 2 scenes with full sex. Then again the version I played at the time also had the "cheats" unlocked so it clearly wasn't the same version that is available in the OP of this thread. Wish I could remember where I got it so I could get it again.

It's not in my place to disclose private information but I can see that some people partially blames lasterk for the abandonment of this game. There's a thing in companies where you are forced to remove all connections to your personal hobbies (Explicit Art, personal programming, lewd novels) essentially making a new life with nobody knows you. Let's just hope for them to be living a better life and free from this dark past and not mention their name again in any controversy. Thank you and goodnight,

Yeah it generally doesn't affect their business except when it does. Especially porn R18 artists. The company's credibility goes down in the 'Real world'. We don't know how much the public reacts when an employee was exposed for making porn. It's just how society works.

I don't think I've ever heard of a case where people got mad at a business for employing someone who drew porn. You know, aside from the bible thumpers that hate everything anyways

Well, the artist could come from some shithole where porn is illegal and not beliving in god gets you killed for example. But even in western countries certain kind of stuff could get you in trouble. For example if I was an artist I could probably lose my job for the gouvernment if I was drawing loli/shota stuff.
The only person im blaming is the retarded dev who keeps saying the game is making progress or close to being finished for 3 years collecting the patreon shekel while zero shit is getting done. Also they just deleted all comments on newgrounds about this game.

That's because loli and shota porn is still illegal in many countries, including the US. Why do you think some games on here get thrown out for having loli/shota? I haven't heard of cases where whatever the artist is drawing is perfectly legal (and not obviously offensive, like a lot of Shadman's stuff), but has still impacted the business somehow.
