Oh man, no rudeness intended, but that's so great: "Marble Syrup" and "working on a schedule" just isn't a thing.

Well, okay, working on a nominal schedule. Really in this case they oughta switch to a better engine.

I guess I was thinking about the No Haven guy's reasons for not switching engines sooner. He has fans of his RAGS-based sim that expect regular updates. I guess if nobody expects these folks to finish things on time, then there's no excuse for them not to switch away from flash.

Yeah but its actually surprising even for the shittiest developer to add, in 6 months, a couple 4th wall breaking jokes about how trash the game still is (I mean, even if you admit it...) and a scene that has been made since the game started development, because as I said, the scene with Evilanne has been used since they announced the game for promotions, banners and stuff (Its actually the one we had as a banner here in the forum on first release too, I believe).

Usually the ones that would get to this level of shittiness are full on scam mode and dont even release anything and just offer teases to make it seem like they are working on something, instead of actually releasing something and showing that they have done fuck all.

I mean... Did you play the "beta" on newgrounds? It's... It's cringy. It's like a 12 year old wrote it... But the art is deceptively good. Like. Wow. I don't even know what to think.

I am missing the last scene as I am stuck in Oldtown - I can go to the market, the central square or the back alley but already had all the talks there are I think. Funnily the scene w/ the marketender girl repeats ad nauseam - could that be the problem? (I bought the shitty mussle from her already and also tried all branches of her dialogue.)

(All the other venues on the map are exhausted as well - 'Back' is the only button still appearing there.)

Hi,

that is my problem - I don't see the Tavern on my town map (see below).

And the three areas I have access to only either result in 'Back' buttons (Back Alley, Central Square) or the dialogue w/ the marketender girl I can repeat ad nauseam (Market)

Seems I am missing something but I don't know what. Would post a savegame if I'd knew where this game stores 'em - couldn't find anything in the %AppData% folder tho' ....

Kinda lost there...

If anything, give us a 4th wall joke involving save files having the characters complain the lack of a scene/CG review as a reason we keep replaying save files

Checked it again myself, if you haven't done it, you need to buy something from the market girl in order to make her say something. After you run out of places to look for you need to go to her again and she will tell you about the tavern and "Ye Old Shoppe".

I have now re-played all the scenes in Oldtown and have bought the 'feckle-covered cockle' four times - no change, no tavern and no mention of 'Ye Olde Shoppe' at all. So there must be a bug hiding somewhere as all the other locations are exhausted as well....

Hmm, is it just me or is it strange that the version number reverted back to an earlier version?

Edit: Wait, that was already at some earlier point, the last version number was actually Beta 1.0

Edit2: Does anybody see any other new featues? The only thing that changed seems to be with the contract of consent, that you don't need to buy it because you already have it. (Idk if I played enough through the last one, but you can kill the hooded figure #1 now)

Edit3: Found somewhat another questline, funny that you need a contract of consent to "rape" Evilanne to satisfy Patreon, but the questline I found features actually raping the princess.
Edit3.1: At the end it says, that she was doing it willingly, dafuq? xD

Edit4: Huh, I reached a point where you can't do anything at all. Aborted the mission of the princess for Erin, decided to rape the princess for the amulet "in a way to not upset Erin", but because the aborted mission I can't talk with her, and after going back to Kenjah he just disappeared.. Great!
