Your error seems to be related to unren, so you might have messed that one up by yourself. :/

The charger is not in the inventory, but you can now click on the laptop in the inventory and it gives you a different message (not implemented yet). It's just something for the future.
Skipping time in front of the home could work in some cases, but it's not possible because there are a lot of events that would seem really out of place if they happened while Mark was standing outside the house (Like Jenna and Jenny visiting). I would also find it a bit strange if you were just hanging around outside your own house for hours on end, but maybe that's just me.

Yeah she'll be in the game soon, but she doesn't have a very big role.

I have a signature/banner thing I've been working on, but it's not quite ready and I really need some sleep so I'll post it tomorrow.
Also, it's not great but it'll do I think. Besides, with the new rules, the one I'm using now won't cut it.

I'm stuck in a loop it seems and is probably a result of a bad save, but I can't get these achievements:

I'm not able to purchase the strap-on even after Jenna mentions it as a birthday present. Thanks for any help.

The Sarah event after you confront her about her dream, was added kind of after the fact so you have to start a new game to get it.

Can't help on the Helen stuff that's were I'm stuck, don't even have the 3 you do.

The first Jenny/Jenna one your missing is Witnessing Jenny cleaning pipes. She has to be working at the store to see that and you've already progressed beyond that (she isn't working there anymore) so you can't get it. The other one can't help you with, haven't triggered it yet.

Got some help with your thesis from Helen - with the next
Had sex with helen in the library - this and the previous are set around the thesis and the library, you've had the encounter in the office and on the bench, this happens after you're finished with the thesis
Jenny cleaning the pipes - as dg said
Worked out with Jenny and Jenna in the gym - keep chatting to them by the pool...it will happen, hint though once they mention it stop working out in the morning.

ETA - given the missing stuff and your purchasing power, you might want to start again

I think you have to just keep working on the thesis in the library until it's done....? I think I advanced too far on the thesis on my previous save and missed some events along the way.

And I remember them mentioning they'd "be in the gym later" but they never appeared there.

Thanks for the hint, that worked. Looks like everything else is something I'd have to start a new game to see. Maybe I'll wait til the next release

Thanks and I'm confused as shit now, there use to be a tracker that showed your progress on the thesis and the website, not there anymore. But I think I finished my thesis, so I don't get the option of going to the library anymore, it's just attend lecture or work. Guess I'm just screwed.

The tracker is the 'line' icon with the 4 that include the achievements, stats with the girls and personal stats.
