You're going to have to be more specific, "the last 3 missions" doesn't really tell me much about which ones they might be.
A screenshot of your achievements would be helpful.I release it a week after the latest update, though I don't know if it will end up here.
It sounds like you still haven't done the thesis, but I can't tell for sure without seeing which ones you have left, a screenshot of your achievements would be helpful.
The thesis should trigger once you reach 25 affection with Helen (I think). If you completed the thesis prior to the release of 0.06.03 then you're using a "broken" save.

Yeah that looks like a broken save to me.
I might be able to fix it if you send it over to me.

Or if you know how then edit thesis_work_counter to 4, that should do it, I think. It depends on how much you've seen.

So near, yet so far....next update please install a slap MC button
He needed a slap when he was asked about smelling like a girl
He needed a slap when doing sit ups...seriously, not even exhaling at the top
He needs a slap every night he sleeps with Sarah and doesn't at the very least cuddle her in closer, intertwining their bodies, getting even more of that girly smell on him....
OK rant over, I got an error on first opening the game - Continue, continue, error, main screen. Traceback is attached.
And finally, once again thanks for this, still enjoying it.

A bit grindy but that's ok. Could be more worse. I like the slow process when MC get more and more attracted to his sister, feels more natural.
Hm, the charger for Mom's laptop is not in the inventar when you get it from Helen. Maybe it has to be so, atm.
Is Mom coming home at some time?
Hm, it would be nice, when you can skip time in front of your home.
